2. Booking and Payment

All bookings must be made through the GRCabs website or mobile app.

Full payment is required before the commencement of the ride, unless otherwise agreed upon.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 24 hours before the scheduled pickup will incur no charges.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the pickup will be charged a cancellation fee, which will be communicated at the time of booking.

4. Changes to Bookings

Changes to bookings can be made up to 12 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Any changes made within 12 hours may incur additional charges.

5. Driver Conduct

GRCabs drivers are expected to maintain professional conduct. Any complaints regarding driver behavior should be reported to customer service immediately.

6. Passenger Conduct

Passengers are expected to behave in a respectful manner. Any abusive or inappropriate behavior towards drivers or other passengers may result in the cancellation of the ride and potential legal action.

7. Liability

GRCabs is not liable for any delays, accidents, or damages incurred during the ride. Passengers are encouraged to have appropriate insurance for their travel.

8. Lost and Found

GRCabs is not responsible for any items left in the vehicle. Passengers should contact customer service for assistance in recovering lost items.

9. Privacy Policy

Personal information collected during booking is protected and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

10. Changes to Terms & Conditions

GRCabs reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the service after changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
